Roles & What We’re Looking For

Friendly Customer Service Associates

Help customers find the right bait, tackle, and gear. Run the register, restock products, answer basic fishing questions, and keep the store clean and organized.

Bait & Shop Operations

Handle live, fresh, and frozen bait. Maintain bait tanks, assist customers with bait purchases, and help keep the shop running smoothly behind the scenes.

Weekend and Summer Help

Support the team during weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons. Assist with customers, stocking, and daily shop operations.

And Most Importantly

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and hard-working individuals who show up on time and stay busy.

You should be comfortable working weekends, early mornings, and around live bait and fish. Fishing knowledge is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
